💼 About This Role

You'll conduct outreach to enroll patients in Salvo Health's wrap-around GI care services, helping them get set up with ongoing support. Your core impact is ensuring patients understand the benefits of remote patient monitoring and are well-informed about their care options. This fully remote role requires strong adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform outbound calls to engage patients about Salvo's program and services
• Enroll patients and schedule initial virtual nurse visit
• Use call guides and FAQs to educate patients and handle objections
• Assist patients with understanding program costs and insurance coverage

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years work experience in outbound call center or direct sales
• Healthcare and/or functional medicine experience preferred
• Experience conducting phone conversations and navigating computer tools simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives
