💼 About This Role

You'll join Addepar's global accounting team to oversee EMEA operations and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP and local statutory requirements. You'll drive month-end close processes and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights. This role offers the chance to scale accounting operations for a new Poland entity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close for EMEA region
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights
• Manage accounting operations for assigned EMEA entities
• Support launch and accounting oversight of new Poland entity
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Several years of progressive accounting experience in multinational environment
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with intercompany and FX accounting
• People management experience
