You'll lead a team of brand support specialists managing seller onboarding and daily support for Veepee's marketplace. You'll drive team performance and process improvements across European and French operations. This role offers hybrid work in Saint-Denis with a dynamic e-commerce leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of ~6 brand support specialists
• Assign new sellers to team members and oversee onboarding
• Track and report key performance indicators monthly
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketplace stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience
• Digital product and KPI knowledge
• English and French fluency (written and spoken)
• Office suite proficiency and database understanding
