💼 About This Role

You'll help create the best experience for customers at the loudest store in the mall. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and merchandise the store, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience and providing amazing customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and assist with planogram changes
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
