You'll serve as the HR point of contact for Global Products Technology leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. You'll partner with leaders to drive talent initiatives and improve retention in a tech organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as HR point of contact for Global Products Technology leaders
• Conduct weekly meetings with functional leaders to provide HR guidance
• Maintain Performance Improvement cadence and tracking
• Partner with leaders to promote core values and improve work relationships
• Reconcile headcount and position management with FP&A

📋 Requirements

• HRBP experience supporting engineering teams in a tech organization
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR planning principles and strategic workforce planning
• Self-starter ability to navigate in a matrix organization
