📋 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, or People Operations
• 7+ years leading Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations teams
• Proven experience scaling talent infrastructure in high growth technology companies
• Experience supporting organizations through hypergrowth or IPO readiness
