💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-paced startup enabling industrial process efficiency through membrane technology. You'll be the "first look" at diverse industrial feedstocks, bridging R&D and commercial deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Characterize and test new industrial feedstocks for safety and compatibility.
• Execute bench-scale filtration experiments to measure solute rejection and permeability.
• Design long-term tests to determine membrane durability and fouling rates.
• Perform membrane casting to iterate on novel surface chemistries.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3 years of lab or pilot plant experience.
• Proficiency with wet chemistry and pressurized fluid systems.
• U.S. work authorization required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with membrane separations (RO, NF, UF).
• Experience with analytical tools like GC, UV-Vis, TOC.
