🎯 What You'll Do

• Book BOGO reservations and assist with point redemption
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and email inquiries
• Assist with new itineraries, changes, and cancellations
• Track card trends and report issues to management

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Three plus years of customer service experience
• Bilingual
