💼 About This Role

You'll manage the customer-facing arm of our engineering team, coordinating with post-sales to drive implementations and partner success. You'll be a player-coach, solving technical issues directly while building processes and scaling the function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer technical support tickets and debug partner integrations
  • Own technical escalation path from support through engineering
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for efficiency
  • Define customer engineering artifacts like documentation and runbooks

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions engineering or similar partner-facing role
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Comfortable reading and contributing to an enterprise codebase
  • Experience defining and implementing SLAs and escalation processes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a card issuing platform or payments infrastructure company
  • Familiarity with card network operations and BIN management
  • Experience building customer engineering teams
