💼 About This Role
You'll manage the customer-facing arm of our engineering team, coordinating with post-sales to drive implementations and partner success. You'll be a player-coach, solving technical issues directly while building processes and scaling the function.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer technical support tickets and debug partner integrations
- Own technical escalation path from support through engineering
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for efficiency
- Define customer engineering artifacts like documentation and runbooks
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions engineering or similar partner-facing role
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Comfortable reading and contributing to an enterprise codebase
- Experience defining and implementing SLAs and escalation processes
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience at a card issuing platform or payments infrastructure company
- Familiarity with card network operations and BIN management
- Experience building customer engineering teams
