Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites in the Manchester, New Hampshire area. This regional role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, responding to service calls (including emergencies), and completing daily reports.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
