๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead research, analytics, and insights workstreams by overseeing analysis of social, media, and digital conversations. You'll translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients. This role offers the chance to work across a global agency's entire client portfolio within TRUE Global Intelligence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee monitoring, conversation analysis, and pattern recognition across client accounts
- Deliver social, media, or digital channel reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Support social media and LLM/GEO monitoring programs
- Provide secondary research and audience intelligence for new business and client teams
๐ Requirements
- Experience in marketing analytics, communications measurement, or social/digital media analytics
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Talkwalker, LexisNexis, Cision, Sprout
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and native analytics
- Ability to compile compelling narratives from multi-source desk research
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with crisis monitoring reporting protocols
- Working knowledge of AI usage to drive workflow efficiencies
- Experience using tools like GlobalWebIndex, MuckRack, Tagger, Sprinklr
