You'll shape how users experience agentic AI platforms for SRE, designing workflows and interfaces that turn complex AI systems into intuitive tools. You'll define the design language and culture at a formative stage, collaborating with engineering and AI research. This role offers ownership of critical product surfaces and the chance to scale a design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI product experiences end-to-end from concept to final UI
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams
• Lead and influence design culture, rituals, and best practices
• Build and scale the Lattice Design System across surfaces

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong visual and interaction design portfolio
• Experience designing complex workflows for technical users
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems

• Experience with developer platforms or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with AI-powered or LLM-driven products
• Exposure to observability tools or SRE workflows
