💼 About This Role

You'll take electrical products from concept to flight qualification, expanding Amca's product catalog. You'll own design and prototyping of new aerospace hardware, working closely with build and test engineers. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aviation hardware and iterate rapidly from prototype to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design and prototyping of new electrical hardware
• Take full ownership of electrical design for flight hardware
• Work with test engineering to define and execute qualification plans
• Manage drawing revisions, BOM structure, and part configuration

📋 Requirements

• Experience with electrical design applying first-principles thinking
• Experience in electrical schematic layout and component selection
• Comfortable with hands-on debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
• Ability to use engineering first principles to challenge and simplify requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DO-160, MIL-STD, or other qualification frameworks
• Experience mentoring early career engineers
