💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain design packages for new home developments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll work directly with homeowners on personalization and upgrade selections, including on-site visits. This role offers the chance to shape the design of scalable homebuilding operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop curated design packages and options for developments.
• Deliver design presentations to clients virtually and in person.
• Use Bluebeam to redline interior and cabinet shop drawings.
• Maintain project files and manage the Material Catalog.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Tech teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in interior design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• Experience in a homebuilder design studio or design firm leading client meetings
• Experience selecting interior specifications/finishes for architectural drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Photoshop, or InDesign
