Your core impact is achieving renewal rate attainment, forecast accuracy, and operational execution.   • Lead and coach Renewal Account Executives to exceed renewal and retention targets
  • Drive accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on renewal strategy
  • Support complex negotiations to secure commercial outcomes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 6+ years of overall SaaS sales, renewals, or account management experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue or retention targets
  • Experience in high-velocity, quota-driven sales environments
