You'll lead a team of Renewal Account Executives driving retention across Samsara's Commercial customer base. Your core impact is achieving renewal rate attainment, forecast accuracy, and operational execution. This role offers the chance to scale processes and coach deal strategy for a high-velocity segment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and coach Renewal Account Executives to exceed renewal and retention targets
- Drive accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on renewal strategy
- Support complex negotiations to secure commercial outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- 6+ years of overall SaaS sales, renewals, or account management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue or retention targets
- Experience in high-velocity, quota-driven sales environments
