💼 About This Role

You'll be on-site daily pulling wire, opening panels, and troubleshooting real problems for Base's DFW battery fleet. Your hands-on work ensures installs pass inspection and meet quality benchmarks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures
• Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection
• Meet inspectors and resolve issues in real time
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews

📋 Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of relevant electrical work with battery backups or EV chargers
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews and inspectors
