Description

You will provide proactive legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biologic products. You'll draft and negotiate agreements with PBMs, payers, and distributors, and counsel on patient support programs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of attorney experience in law firm or in-house focusing on market access
• Experience drafting PBM, payer, GPO, and rebate agreements
• Knowledge of FDCA, anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act, and PhRMA Code
• Licensed to practice law in state of primary residence
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical strategies

Responsibilities

• Advise on government pricing and reporting (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B, VA/FSS)
• Draft and negotiate PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, and distribution agreements
• Counsel on patient support programs and co-pay assistance with anti-kickback compliance
• Partner with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams on compliance
• Stay current on U.S. federal and state laws impacting market access
