🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and deliver early career programs across the EU
• Build and maintain trackers, workflows, and timelines for program operations
• Manage day-to-day program execution including onboarding and cohort coordination
• Serve as point of contact for participants and hiring teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in program coordination, early careers, or related operations role
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets) to track data and workflows
• Clear communication skills across candidates, teams, and cross-functional partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting internships or high-volume candidate processes
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse
