You'll collaborate with Product Specialists to translate Belgium payroll compliance requirements into technical specifications. Your work ensures the correct implementation of legislation through testing and ongoing compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate country-specific payroll compliance requirements into technical specifications
• Educate Product team on legislation and ensure correct implementation via testing
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations
• Upskill Product team on new in-country requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years payroll experience in Belgium with advanced local tax knowledge
• Working knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Experience supporting design and build of a multi-region Payroll Solution
