Description

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Smartcat, you will ensure that closing deals are accurate and compliant by performing system checks, validating deal structures, and supporting Sales with deal management questions. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to remove friction from the closing process while maintaining high standards of data integrity, directly impacting revenue accuracy and deal velocity.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-close deal validation checks on late-stage opportunities, ensuring pricing, discounting, and structure align with company policies.
• Verify CRM and CPQ data accuracy, including opportunity fields, quote alignment, contract terms, and billing details.
• Identify and flag deal risks, inconsistencies, or missing approvals before deals are finalized.
• Act as first-line support for Sales on deal-related questions, including pricing thresholds, approval workflows, and deal structuring best practices.
• Troubleshoot CRM/CPQ issues and guide reps in resolving system-related blockers to closing deals.
