💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day operations across Northern markets for an autonomous delivery robot fleet. You'll manage a team of station leaders, own the regional P&L, and drive performance that directly impacts fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly manage and coach 5-8 salaried station leaders
• Lead daily robot operations including dispatch and maintenance
• Own the full regional P&L and analyze trends
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in field operations or logistics with multi-site leadership
• Experience directly managing exempt leaders in 24/7 environments
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and budget management
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Jira, and ThoughtSpot

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in robotics or last-mile delivery
• Advanced degree in Business or Operations
• Lean Six Sigma experience in a startup
