💼 About This Role

You'll partner with sales to support high-value deals, serving as the technical and domain expert for permitting software. By translating complex regulatory challenges, you'll help win new logos and drive adoption. You'll create repeatable playbooks that support business acquisition and customer retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales teams to provide technical value during demos
  • Translate GreenLite services to address prospective customer problems
  • Conduct regulatory research to assess feasibility and risk
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and product adoption

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in AEC or tech-enabled services
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
  • Experience reviewing architectural and engineering plan sets
  • Experience supporting sales cycles through technical discovery

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer
  • Familiarity with full real estate development cycle
