You'll prep vehicles for paint at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, including sanding, masking, and buffing. You'll receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits while advancing your skills through training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and taping
• Perform bagging and unbagging/tear down of vehicles
• Buff and finish painted surfaces to quality standards
• Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment in the shop

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
