Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth, collaborate with your care team, and supervise NP or PA colleagues. This role is part of a mission-driven primary care practice that leverages custom-built technology to improve patient experiences.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or completion within last year of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• State licensed in California before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Effective communication and technology skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
