💼 About This Role

You'll join Malt's Accounting team in Paris, supporting the AP cycle and contributing to a new P2P solution rollout. You'll gain real responsibility in invoice processing, supplier management, and process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process invoices with pre-checks and coding
• Support supplier management and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with payment preparation and month-end activities
• Participate in P2P solution implementation and testing

📋 Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of accounting and VAT
• Student status with relevant coursework
• Comfortable in a computer-based environment

• Previous internship in accounting
• Experience with P2P systems
• French and English fluency
