🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists
• Set team goals and roadmap aligned with company mission
• Manage product lifecycle from idea to launch and maintenance
• Collaborate with other product squads and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience on technical products
• STEM degree or previous experience as an engineer
• Outstanding written communication and specification skills
• Highly analytical with ability to self-serve data
