You'll customize workout programs based on initial assessments, motivate clients, and help them achieve their fitness goals while enjoying flexibility in your schedule.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Reliable transportation and basic training equipment
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize workout programs from initial assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client appointments via scheduling software
