💼 About This Role

You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize AI/GenAI workflows for enterprise customers using platform APIs and customer data. You'll independently manage complex deployments and translate customer requirements into technical solutions. This role offers the chance to drive continuous improvement of customer workflows and ensure high performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and integrate AI workflows using platform APIs and customer data
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and validate workflows
• Develop and automate tasks using Python and SQL
• Design, run, and analyze A/A experiments for workflow quality

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Significant experience in AI/LLM application development including agents and workflows
• Python and SQL proficiency
• Experience with integration protocols (JSON, REST, SOAP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in building LLM-based evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools integration
• Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
