🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a full stack engineering team through hiring and mentoring.
• Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and code as a hands-on manager.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of major product and platform initiatives.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices and CI/CD standards.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building full stack web applications.
• 2+ years in an engineering management or tech lead manager role.
• Strong full stack technical depth in React/TypeScript, Node.js or Go, and BigQuery.
• Proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and align stakeholders.

• Experience at both high-growth startups and mature engineering organizations.
• Actively uses AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features like LLM integration.
