💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end new employee onboarding journey, coordinating across HR, IT, and hiring managers. You'll ensure a seamless experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days and continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback. This role is fully remote within select states.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding
• Coordinate with IT to ensure equipment and access are ready
• Design and manage first-week orientation and training schedule
• Monitor 30/60/90 day check-in milestones and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR operational or project coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with HRIS and onboarding workflow tools
• Excellent communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams
