Your insights will directly support senior stakeholders and functional leaders in making fact-based decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business units
• Oversee month-end closing and accurate financial reporting
• Analyze results and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Improve controlling processes and reporting structures

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Controlling or FP&A
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data
• Proven self-starter ability to drive topics independently
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management

• Experience with BI tools, SQL, or ERP systems
• Financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency
