🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance and repair tasks.
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification.
• Valid driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Experience with Entrata or CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of Building Automation systems.
