🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage administrative consoles and user provisioning for AI tools
• Track license utilization and monitor API spend
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI help desk tickets
• Deliver quarterly adoption and performance reports

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin and enterprise SSO/IdP integrations
• Proven track record managing Tier 1 software vendor relationships
• Ability to translate raw usage data into executive-level reporting
