You'll assist the General Manager in daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance. You'll manage financial transactions and ensure residents adhere to lease terms, fostering a positive living experience. This role supports marketing, resident engagement, and property operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi, Payscan, Rent Cafe, or Bluemoon.
• Knowledge of rental contracts and anti-discrimination laws.
• Multi-family high-rise property management experience.
