Description

You will lead operational initiatives, planning, and efficiency improvements within Airbnb's Information Security organization, collaborating with senior leaders to scale security business operations and support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in strategy, operations, or program management within technology or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellence in communication and presentation, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from conception to completion.
• Experience collaborating with security/software engineers to translate requirements into tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate biannual planning cycles, including goal setting, cross-functional alignment, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Establish and track Objective Key Results (OKRs) to measure strategic initiative effectiveness.
• Drive execution of major organizational projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of outcomes.
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability within InfoSec.
• Prepare company-wide InfoSec communications for engineering audiences.
• Partner with leaders on budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and assess executive operations.
• Develop and implement best practices for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
