You'll lead vehicle recovery operations and safety standards for Waymo's autonomous fleet, ensuring safe and efficient management of recovery procedures and logistics. Your work will directly impact fleet availability and operational integrity as Waymo scales its ride-hail service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate global-to-local operations with central teams and daily stand-ups.
• Integrate depot logistics and Day 1 playbooks for operational readiness.
• Act as primary escalation point for rapid bottleneck resolution.
• Build relationships with transit authorities and emergency services.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in safety-critical transportation, autonomous driving, aviation, or logistics.
• Proven mastery of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Demonstrated incident management and real-time coordination.
• Vendor management overseeing multi third-party ecosystems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Data visualization proficiency in Tableau or Looker.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Regulatory liaison experience with DOTs and autonomous vehicle permitting.
