In this patient-facing role, you will use Arine's software platform to make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in medication-related cases, obtain health information, schedule appointments, and resolve issues. You'll also handle inbound customer support requests, all in a call-center environment focused on improving patient outcomes.
