Description

You will partner with account executives and channel partners to achieve sales goals by evaluating technical requirements and presenting Jamf's solutions to prospective and existing customers. Your role involves leading presales technical activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations, while cultivating long-term customer relationships to drive portfolio awareness and investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional level Japanese (written and spoken) and intermediate level English (written)
  • 3 years of technical sales, support, or services experience
  • Knowledge of MDM, endpoint management, security architecture, IAM, and enterprise networking
  • Experience selling to multiple levels within complex organizations; proficiency with Apple technology and MDM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work jointly with account executives, customers, and partners to convey Jamf's business value
  • Understand prospect/customer requirements and outline how Jamf portfolio addresses them
  • Own presales technical activities: presentations, demonstrations, evaluations
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships to progress Jamf portfolio investment
  • Represent Jamf at external events as technical focal point, collaborating with cross-functional teams
