💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate youth programming and childcare while providing family navigation services to refugee and immigrant families. You'll help families achieve school readiness and connect with early childhood resources. This role integrates direct family engagement, youth program coordination, and childcare oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct family intakes and develop Family Navigation Plans.
• Facilitate monthly culturally responsive youth programming.
• Coordinate on-site childcare for adult education classes.
• Maintain compliant case files and track program outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children, youth, or families in multicultural settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based systems.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

• AA/AS/BA/BS degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with refugee or immigrant populations.
