You'll manage client relationships in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary post-sales support contact for customers.
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal teams including Delivery, Onboarding, and Implementation.
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs for diverse clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales, client service, or account management.
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions.
• Ability to engage with C-level personas including CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO.

• Master's degree and certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
