💼 About This Role

You'll own deals end-to-end, from discovery to making customers successful at SigNoz, an open-source observability platform. You'll work directly with engineering teams to design their OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategy and feed insights back to product teams. As a fully remote, globally distributed team, you'll build the foundation for our Sales/CS function and grow into leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run customer discovery and deliver product demos
  • Address technical queries and assist with instrumentation
  • Navigate security, finance, and legal evaluations
  • Identify patterns and collaborate with product teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2-6 years in customer-facing technical role
  • Good understanding of Cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience with Containers and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of observability platforms like SigNoz or Grafana

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry
  • Technical writing skills
