🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage customer journey for 1-to-many book of business.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement to increase LTV and NDR.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Mitigate churn by addressing risks and resolving challenges.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management in SaaS.
  • Proven success managing high-volume, one-to-many customer portfolio.
  • Experience supporting and growing SMB customers.
  • Ability to travel within the US and Canada up to 10% annually.
