🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage customer journey for 1-to-many book of business.
- Drive product adoption and engagement to increase LTV and NDR.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
- Mitigate churn by addressing risks and resolving challenges.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management in SaaS.
- Proven success managing high-volume, one-to-many customer portfolio.
- Experience supporting and growing SMB customers.
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada up to 10% annually.
