π― What You'll Do
- Manage front desk operations and greet employees and visitors.
- Coordinate deliveries, vendor services, and correspondence.
- Support London Workplace Experience team and global WPS strategy.
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support.
π Requirements
- At least 2+ years in office administration or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
