💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team to increase sales of Paytm's EDC devices to merchants in Hyderabad, driving merchant onboarding and risk mitigation. You'll collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve bottlenecks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Increase sales of Paytm devices to merchants in specified area.
• Physically visit micro markets to identify and sell to quality merchants.
• Minimize fraud and chargebacks through proper merchant onboarding.
• Seek references from converted clients to generate leads.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• B2B field sales experience including cold calling and lead generation.
• Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.
