💼 About This Role

You'll join the Strategic Finance team as the primary architect of our Anaplan environment, designing scalable models for enterprise-wide forecasting and planning. You'll also own workforce economics and compliance frameworks, ensuring financial integrity across the organization. This role blends financial systems engineering with core FP&A impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Anaplan models, modules, and dashboards
• Manage headcount targets and deliver variance analysis
• Lead SOX compliance and design internal controls
• Implement reconciliation processes across financial data

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years analytical experience in Corporate Finance or Data Analytics
• Proven track record building Anaplan models
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and monthly close cycle
• Ability to distill complex financial datasets into actionable insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERPs
• Experience with BI tools such as Hyperion or Tableau
• Advanced Excel fluency
