🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments
• Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute plans and achieve objectives
• Manage vendors and stakeholder communication

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading ADP implementations
• Organizational change management experience
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or similar certification
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing
• Expertise in Waterfall/Agile methodologies
