💼 About This Role

You'll support Technical Account Managers in a Customer Success team, advising VIP clients on maximizing their investment in Sales Performance Management solutions. You'll monitor solution health, coach users, and contribute to configuration and optimization, helping drive customer value realization. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS in a remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the primary TAM in monitoring solution health and performance
• Assist in coaching users on Varicent functionality and best practices
• Configure solutions based on documented customer requirements
• Prepare monthly performance and utilization metric summaries

📋 Requirements

• Advanced SQL is mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation
• Experience with query-based languages and relational databases
• Strong technical data skills including SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain
• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products
• Basic knowledge of system configurations and data integration concepts
