🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per protocols
• Handle provider/physician communications via phone and voicemail
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists and other departments
• Perform tasks compliant with state and federal laws

📋 Requirements

• 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician experience
• PTCB or NHA certification required
• Professional phone presence in a support capacity
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
