💼 About This Role
You'll empower New Logo sales teams with enablement strategies and messaging to win new customers. You'll design and deliver training programs that accelerate ramp time and strengthen discovery skills. This role partners closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional GTM teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and deliver enablement programs for AEs and SEs
- Partner with channel motion leaders on onboarding and upskilling
- Translate GTM strategy into sales narratives and discovery frameworks
- Support new product launches with training and certification
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue or sales enablement role
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
- Experience supporting multiple products or GTM motions in SaaS
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior experience as an Account Executive or Sales Engineer
- Experience enabling teams in SaaS or cloud environments
- Familiarity with enablement platforms and LMS tools
