You will orchestrate a follow-the-sun production model managing digital, film, and AI-generated assets across Monks' global network. Act as the vital link between the client in Japan and production hubs worldwide, ensuring projects are delivered with Japanese precision and global scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production experience (Agency or Production House)
• Native-level Japanese and professional English
• Understanding of AI tools, 3D pipelines, and CMS platforms
• Experience with automotive production (CGI, rights clearances) valued
• Mastery of project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Jira

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production workflows involving multiple global offices
• Identify best talent globally for each project component
• Implement rigorous QC processes satisfying Japanese standards
• Oversee AI-first workflows for versioning, localization, and asset creation
• Act as trusted production partner for Tokyo client
